FALL RIVER – Adolf A. Frias, age 77, a longtime resident of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 in the comforts of his home with his loving family by his side. Born on May 5, 1946 in Achadinha, São Miguel, Azores to Joao and Gloria (Amaral) Frias. Adolf was the beloved husband of 32 years to Linda (Joseph) Frias.

Prior to retiring, Adolf was a carpet installer. He was a member of the New Bedford Pigeon Club and the Fall River Elks Lodge No. 118. He enjoyed bowling, trying his luck at the casinos and he loved his yearly vacations to Aruba. Most of all, Adolf loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by his step-daughter: Lindsey Stasz (husband Edward) of Fall River; two granddaughters: Lauren Panaccione (husband Joe) of Auburn, ME and Allison Stasz (husband Steve Borner) of Tampa, FL; a son: David Frias of New Bedford; 7 siblings; and nieces & nephews.

Adolf's funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 with Visitation from 8:00-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Name Church at 10:00 A.M.
