Fall River
Fall River – Alisha Rae Silva, age 35, was born in Fall River to her parents John M. Silva Jr. and Judith Costa Silva on October 13 th and passed away suddenly at her home on April 8 th .
She was raised and educated in Fall River, attending and graduating high school and continued her studies, focusing on Business, at Bristol Community College. Alisha was an extremely hard worker, sometimes even holding more than one job at a time and her work ethic was unmatched. She absolutely loved to cook, and pursued various cooking positions at restaurants throughout Fall River, most recently at Almac's Diner, most of the jobs that she held ended up in offers of management positions. Alisha was a meticulous woman, who kept her home in order, and had a knack for organizing, though her sisters in their childhood years would most likely disagree. She enjoyed journaling, listening to music and spending time outdoors. Alisha loved animals, especially dogs, and throughout her life, had many different pets, from hamsters and gerbils to large dogs, she would give any animal she met a chance. She had a beautiful smile, loved to laugh and was a very spirited soul who loved her son dearly.
Alisha is survived by her son: Riley Steven Kerr; her parents: John M. Silva Jr. and his husband Jack and Judith Costa Silva; her siblings: Courtney Silva, Brittany Silva Costa and her husband Eric; her grandmother, Margaret (Peggy) Curry Silva; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents: John M. Silva Sr., Jean D. Costa and Joseph Costa Jr.
