FALL RIVER - Amilcar F. DaCruz, age 73 of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025. Born on March 24, 1952 in Mosteiros, São Miguel, Açores to the late Leonel and the late Maria (Franco) DaCruz. Amilcar was also the beloved husband of the late Arminda A. (Forte) DaCruz.

Amilcar had retired from the Textile manufacturing industry, having worked in the local mills for many years. He was an avid Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics fan. Most of all, Amilcar loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children Gregory DaCruz and his wife Crystal, Christopher DaCruz, and Erica DaCruz Sousa; siblings Esther Dameron and her husband Danny, Pamela Mason and her husband David, Larry da Cruz, Gabriel da Cruz, Maria Constance da Cruz, and the late Norberto DaCruz; grandchildren Carter Sousa and Roman DaCruz; many nieces & nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend Amilcar's visitation Thursday, Oct. 23rd from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N.
