WOONSOCKET - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Bella St. Laurent, age 94, on June 16, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur St. Laurent Jr. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Maranda) Rapoza.

Bella found joy in life's simple pleasures and cherished the time she spent with those she loved most. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing, creating countless handmade treasures with care and creativity. Bella especially loved traveling and making memories on cruises with her beloved husband. Some of her happiest moments were spent camping with her family at Old Orchard Beach in Maine.

She was loved and cherished by many people including her children Donna Desrosiers of Woonsocket, RI, Ronald A. St. Laurent of Ware, MA and the late Robert St. Laurent; grandchildren Kerry (husban Bill), Kelly (husband Gino), Robert, Austin, Sam and Erik; late siblings Manuel Raposa, Emily O'Brien, James Rapoza, Mary Edinger, Dorothy Peperidy, Elsie Magowen and Germaine Bloomenstein.

Bella's funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Tuesday, June 23rd here at 9:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Espirito Santo Church at 10:00 AM. Entombment in Notre Dame Mausoleum. Calling hours on Monday, June 22nd from 5-7 PM.
