SOMERSET - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Campos, age 93, on July 22, 2025 at Somerset Ridge. He was the husband to the late Agnes (Bettencourt) Campos. Born in Fall River, He was the son of the late Carlos and Amelia (Antunes) Campos.

Charles Campos a proud Marine Corps veteran and beloved family man, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. He was a man of deep pride, rich character, and unwavering dedication to his family and country. Born "down below the hill" near his father's store Campos Market on Division St., he grew up with strong community ties and a spirit shaped by hard work and tradition. He later went on to serve honorably in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant while fighting in the Korean War.
