Christine Sousa, age 67 of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 with her family by her side. Born on Aug. 28, 1957 in São Miguel, Açores, Christine was predeceased by her parents Alvaro and Silvana (Travassos) De Sousa, and by her siblings Alvaro Sousa, Landina de Melo, and Silvana Oliveira.

Prior to retiring, Christine worked as a Bank Teller for many years. She enjoyed listening to music, and loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

Christine is survived by her son Jeremie Pereira of Mexico; grandchildren Jacob Pereira, Jewel Pereira, and Vanesa Pereira; siblings Jose De Sousa, Florinda Pecsi, and Fatima Baron; nieces & nephews.

Christine's funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Tuesday, March25th with Visitation from 8-9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John of God Church at 10:00 AM. Cremation to follow.
