FALL RIVER – Daniel C. Souza, age 66, of Assonet, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2021 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Debra J. (Bonas) Souza for 31 years and father of the late Timothy D. Souza. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Alvin and Pierrette "Helen" (Bercier) Souza-Camara. Daniel is a Marine Corp Veteran. Prior to retirement he worked as an electronic technician for the Postal Service over 35 years. Dan loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchild.

Along with his wife he is survived by his sister Carol Ann Ferreira and brothers Alvin Souza, Roger Souza (wife Margaret), Robert Souza (wife Annette) and Stephen Souza (wife Stacy); grandchildren Jada Rose Souza (fiancé Dominic) and Timothy Tyler Souza; great-grandchild Jackson Timothy Putignano; as well as several nieces and nephews.
