FALL RIVER - The world lost a bright light with the passing of Deborah Ann Berube, age 73, who passed peacefully on October 19, 2026, at home with her daughter Brittany by her side. Born in Fall River she was the daughter to the late Antonio Sardinha and Mary (Soares) Sardinha.
When she was younger, she worked as a nurse, dedicating her time to caring for others and providing comfort and support to those in need. Through her work, she was able to make a difference in the lives of others, reflecting her compassionate and caring nature.
Deborah had a creative spirit and truly enjoyed spending her time doing crafts, expressing herself through the things she made. She also had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, having had many beloved companions throughout her life. Among them, her special dog Sebastian held a particularly meaningful place in her heart. The love and companionship she shared with her animals brought her much happiness.
Above all, Deborah treasured her family, who meant the world to her. She especially cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren, finding joy in being surrounded by those she loved most. The memories she created with her family, along with her love for crafting and animals, will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
