FALL RIVER - Eduarda F. Costa, 92, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025 in Fall River, Massachusetts, at the Sarah Brayton Nursing Home, following a long illness.  She was the wife of the late Carlos R. Costa.  Born in Fenais da Luz, Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Jose Ferreira da Silva and Mariana Rego Alberto Silva.

Survivors are two daughters: Lydia M. Carvalho (husband John) of Fall River; Cecilia R. Viveiros (husband Manuel) of Fall River; two sons: Carlos M. Costa (wife Ercilia) of Somerset, MA, Steven Costa (wife Natalie) of Taunton, MA; one sister: Cecilia Sousa of Somerset, MA; five Grandchildren:  Cindy L. Arruda (fiancé Michael), Keith Carvalho (wife Kristen), Melissa A. Vieira (husband Victor), Ryan A. Viveiros (wife Rachel), Trevor S. Costa; six great grandchildren: Evan Arruda, Emma Arruda, Hailey Carvalho, Alexa Carvalho, Nathan Vieira, Layla Vieira.   She was sister of the late Noemia Sousa, Elmira Cabral, Jose F. Silva, Noe F. Silva and Anibal F. Silva; numerous nieces and nephews.
