Edward "Eddie" M. Pacheco, age 71 of Fall River, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Edward and Lorraine (Rodriques) Pacheco. Eddie was married to the love of his life Gale A. (Freitas) Pacheco for 45 years. He always told her to listen to the Journey song "Faithfully" to understand how deeply he felt.

In his free time, Eddie enjoyed watching any kind of car racing, and collecting baseball cards and NASCAR memorabilia. He was a big fan of the Miami Dolphins and the Kansas City Royals. Most of all, Eddie cherished the time he spent with his family.

In addition to his wife Gale, Eddie is survived by his son Edward M. Pacheco Jr. and his wife Mariana; siblings Tim & David Pacheco, and Karen Foley; his beloved grandchildren Kayla, Ashley, Katelyn, and Marissa; his best friend & nephew Jay Fernandes Jr., and his sister-in-law Nancy Fernandes.
