We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Evelyn Castanho of Fall River, passed away at St. Anne's Hospital, at the age of 85. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Frias) Castanho. Evelyn worked as an Administrative Assistant at Stone and Webster for over 20 years. Prior to retirement she worked at Somerset Credit Union.

She was loved and cherished by her nieces Patricia Donaldson of Cupertino, CA and Cathleen Costa of Somerset, and her ray of sunshine, great niece Lauren, as well as several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings John M. Castanho and Hilda C. King.

Following cremation, visitation will take place in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Saturday, June 11 ^th from 8-9 A.M. with a service to immediately follow.
