Florence A. (Michaels) Ameen, age 77, born and raised in Fall River, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Massachusetts General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert M. Ameen and the daughter of the late John A. Michaels & Emma Avis (Ferris) Michaels. She was also predeceased by her son Christopher Robert Ameen.

Florence used to help out her husband at their business Snack Food Heaven in Fall River, while also being a devoted housewife and mother helping raise her family. She was an avid fan of the True Crime television series and was absolutely in love with her cats JJ, Juniper, and Ghost.

Florence is survived by her grandson Gage Ameen and granddaughter Marissa Ameen; siblings John A. Michaels Jr. and Beverly A. Moniz.
