Frank Carlos, age 62 of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026 in the comforts of his home with his loving family by his side. Born in Terceira Island, Azores, Frank was the the son of the late Francisco Carlos and the late Mariana (Viveiros-Arruda) Carlos.

Frank worked as a road construction laborer for 24 years with P. Gioioso & Sons Construction Co. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles & Philadelphia Flyers fan. Most of all, Frank loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren.

Frank is survived by his daughter Jerika Verrier and her husband Captain Matthew Verrier; his longtime companion Stephanie Quartochi and her children Thomas Ayers, Dominic Quartochi (Brittany), and Brianna Quartochi (Trevor); siblings Fatima Arruda (Fernando), George Carlos (Natalie), Ilda Pedro (Antonio), John Carlos (Ana), the late Joseph Carlos, Robert Carlos (Allie Borges), Adelia Carlos (Grace); cherished grandfather of Braxton, Kendal, Hadley, Finnegan, Rowan, and Stella; many nieces & nephews.

Following cremation, Calling hours for Frank will take place on Friday, Nov. 20, 2026 from 4:30-7:30 PM in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River. His funeral will take place on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026 here at 9:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael's Church at 10:00 AM.
