Fall River- Surrounded by loved ones, Gail Fraser, age 67, peacefully passed away on August 17, 2025 in the comforts of her own home. She was the loving wife of the late William Fraser. Born in Fall River she was the daughter of the late Paul Wright and Rita (Ducharme) Wright.

She was a truly lovable person whose kindness and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Known for her hardworking nature, she devoted her career to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where her compassion, patience, and gentle spirit made her a comfort to those in need. Outside of her work, she was an avid animal lover who shared a special bond with her cats, treating them as part of her family. She also had a creative side and enjoyed being crafty, often finding joy in making things with her hands and sharing her creations with loved ones. Whether through her caregiving, her creativity, or her love for animals, she always gave a piece of her heart to those around her. She will be remembered for her generosity, her unwavering dedication to others, and the love and light she brought into the lives of so many.

She Survived by her son Robert Amaral Jr. (Fiancé Melissa); Grandchildren: Briona Amaral and Madison Amaral; God Children Haileigh Amaral and Kourtniee Arruda; Siblings: Susan Cabral and Clifford Wright; brother-in-law Ronald Fraser. She was preceded in death by her children Jason Amaral and Adam Amaral and siblings Paulette Briand and Paul Wright Jr.

A morning visitation for Gail Fraser will be held on Friday, August 22nd from 9-10:30 A.M. in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River. A funeral mass will follow at St. Jospeh's Church at 11:00 A.M. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery.
