SOMERSET – Genevieve "Jenny" A. (Martin) Costa, age 84, a longtime resident of Somerset since 1978, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022. Jenny was the beloved wife of Roland A. Costa and the daughter of the late Manuel & Maria (Machado-Morreira) Martin.

Jenny was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, a eucharistic minister of the church, and a member of its women's guild. Most of all, Jenny loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren & great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband Roland, Jenny is survived by her children; Roland A. Costa Jr. (Joyce Cabral) of Tennessee, Michael Wayne Costa of Florida, Cheryl Marie De Cambra (Milton) of Somerset, and Dawn Marie Costa (Ryan) of Somerset, 7 grandchildren; Nicholas Costa, Joshua Costa (Julie Denton), Milton De Cambra Jr.(Audrey Brito), Matthew De Cambra (Ashley De Medeiros), Holly De Cambra Couto (Edward), Alex Costa, & Jamie Costa, 6 great grandchildren; Ryder Costa, Milton De Cambra III, Amellia Costa, Kole Costa, Addeline Costa, & Riley Couto.

Jenny's funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Monday, Nov. 21 ^st here at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Peace Parish of St. Patrick's Church, South St., Somerset at 10:00 A.M.
