BERKLEY – George A. Medeiros, 74, a resident of Berkley for most of his life, died on Monday December 6, 2021. He was the son of the late Manuel and Hilda Medeiros, and the husband of the late Alice Medeiros, who passed away in February.

Following his time at Apponequet Regional High School, George worked for the former Newton Foods in Taunton and was then employed by Talbot's in Lakeville for many years before retiring in 2010. He was an avid photographer and reader who enjoyed classic cars and attending live music performances with his late wife at several local coffee houses and venues.

George is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Medeiros) Barrington and son-in-law Glenn Barrington of Belchertown, two grandchildren, Daniel Barrington of Portland, Maine, and Alyssa Barrington of Belchertown, along with several extended family members and friends.
