Hilda (Viveiros) Franco, age 103, of Swansea, peacefully passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husbands, Antone E. Franco and Clinton Luzitano Sr.; her parents, Joseph and Mary (Rebello) Viveiros; her beloved children, Clinton Luzitano Jr. and Marilyn Silva; and all ten of her siblings.

A devoted homemaker, Hilda took great pride in her home and her garden. A naturalist at heart, she had a green thumb and could identify countless species of plants and birds. Each spring, her home was surrounded by a beautifully planted garden admired by all who visited. Above all, Hilda cherished time with her family, especially her grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends. She was a woman of deep faith, she was a longtime communicant of St John Of God Church in Somerset, Ma.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Deborah McGee, Lorrie Pierce, Richard Hanatow Jr., Karen Berge, Shelley Hanatow and Sherri Hanatow; five great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; many nieces and nephews.
