FALL RIVER – James N. Gray, age 65, a lifelong resident of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Catholic Memorial Home with his loving family by his side. Born on July 8, 1957, James was the beloved husband of Laurie A. (DeCosta) Gray and was the son of the late James Henry Gray and the late Doris (Berube) Gray.

Prior to retiring, James worked for Swan Finishing as a textile printer and dyer. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife Laurie, James is survived by his children: Jocelyn Gray (spouse Jason Botelho) and James S. Gray (spouse Jennifer Gray) all of Fall River; siblings: Sharon Gray, Donna Hastie, Brian Gray, Laurie Gray, Kenny Gray, and the late John Gray all of Fall River; grandchildren: Noah Botelho, Ava Gray, Olivia Gray, and Jayden Gray; many nieces & nephews.
