Obituary

PLYMOUTH- James Henry Keay, age 79, passed away on July 2, 2026 at Plymouth Rehab. Born in Brockton, he was the son to the late James Lindsey Keay and Catherine Lydia (Dean) Keay. James survived by his daughter Faith Lakeview and her husband Philip Lakeview.

He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, a commitment that was a defining part of his life. Rising to the rank of Sergeant, he dedicated himself to serving with honor, discipline, and integrity. After his military service, he continued a life of protecting others by working in security for many years.

A quiet and reserved man, he was content to keep to himself and never sought the spotlight. His strength was found in his steady presence, unwavering sense of duty, and the quiet way he lived his life. He will be remembered with respect for his service, his dedication, and the lasting example of honor and commitment he leaves behind.
