Fall River-     John M. Medina, age 74 of Fall River passed away Thursday March 30 ^th .  He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Rego) Medina for 54 years. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late John and Eva (Arruda) Medina.

John met his wife Patricia while he was a pressor at Pine Sports Wear in Fall River and was a proud member of the United States Army.  Prior to his retirement John enjoyed working on cars and also moved to Ohio with his wife for a short time.  He was an avid pen collector, liked to play cards and watch his favorite t.v. shows, Big Bang Theory and enjoyed crime shows as well.  He loved his dog Sassy, who predeceased him.  Most of all he loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He will be deeply missed.

John is survived by his wife Patricia; his children; Michael Medina, Michele Medina and Melissa Smith; as well as six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
