FALL RIVER – Joseph R. Boutin, age 93, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2021 at Southpointe Rehabilitative Center. He was the loving husband of 67 years to Pauline (Richard) Boutin. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Adelard and Mathilda (Burns) Boutin.

Along with his wife he is survived by his children Raymond Boutin (wife Nancy) of Fall River, Norman Boutin of RI, Leonard Boutin of Greenfield, NH, Paulette Toole of Dartmouth and Joanne Wall of Fall River; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. Joseph was the last surviving of 14 siblings: Alice Boutin, Adelard Boutin Jr., Irmelda Samson, Edward Boutin Jr., Mathilda Boutin, Leo Boutin, Aurora Boutin, Victor Boutin, Omer Boutin, Armand Boutin, Irene Brightman, Theresa Doiron and Laura Boutin.

Following cremation a memorial mass will take place at St. Joseph's Church on Wednesday, October 27 ^th at 10:00 A.M.  Burial at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River.
