SALEM -With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth J. Williams, age 65, who passed away on August 15, 2025. Born in Nebraska, previously of Arizona, he was the son of the late Robert Keith Williams and Lydia Ann Wood.

Kenneth had a deep love for all things spooky, which drew him to Salem, where he embraced being part of the city's rich and storied history. Fascinated by its unique culture and legends, he found joy in the atmosphere and community that surrounded him there. His love for the mysterious life made him a truly special and unforgettable presence where he was often seen down on Essex St. in his iconic flame pants. Kenneth was a friend to everyone, and would always leave you laughing with a funny joke or story, he enjoyed old movies, the martial & mystical arts.  Kenneth was supported by the wonderful Medical and Social Work Team at Salem Hospital who knew and cared with him for many years, especially his Good Friend Beth who was his fiercest advocate. Kenneth was supported by the Protective Service team at AgeSpan especially Dawn & Scott, The Guardianship Program at Family Service Association in Fall River Ma. & Bass River Inc. Kenneth also will be missed and fondly remembered by his Friend and Martial Arts instructor Mike in Arizona who cherished their friendship.

Arrangements were under the direction of Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
