It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine M. Camara of Swansea, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Married over 61 years, she was the wife of the late Louis Camara and born in Fall River, daughter of the late William and Rita (Dupont) Isadore. Lorraine loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was loved and cherished by many people including her children Cynthia Malloy and her husband Patrick of Somerset, Susan Simons of Swansea and her late husband Brian and her late son Michael Camara; siblings Doris Dube of Tiverton, William Isadore of FL, Jackie Cormier of CT and the late Rene Dupont; 5 grandchildren Patrick Malloy, Cynthia Pereira, Amy Mursko, Brian Simons and Jeoffry Camara; 8 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate a Mass of Christian burial at St. John of God Church at 10 A.M. on Thursday, January 12 ^th . Interment in Nathan Slade Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
