FALL RIVER – Louis A. Correia, age73, a lifelong resident of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Louis was the son of the late Louis M. Correia and Mary A. (Rapoza) Correia, the brother of Pauline Correia of Fall River, Dennis Correia (wife Michelle) of E. Freetown, and Raymond Correia (wife Denise) of Somerset, and the uncle to several nieces & nephews. Louis is also survived by his stepson, Kevin Swist (wife Lori) of Fall River, 2 grandchildren, Kevin Swist Jr. & Natasha Swist, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Prior to retiring, Louis worked for the former I.C.I. Chemical Mfg. Co. in Dighton, MA. He was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.

Louis' funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Friday, July 22 ^nd at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 A.M.
