Lucilia (Aguiar) Pimentel, age 76 of Swansea, peacefully passed away on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024 at St. Anne's Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in Fenais da Luz, Sao Miguel, Azores, Lucilia was the beloved wife of the late Albano A. Pimentel and the daughter of the late Manuel & Evangelina Cabral (Raposo) Aguiar.

Lucilia enjoyed crocheting, loved to cook, and most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially with her 3 granddaughters and 2 great grandchildren.

Lucilia is survived by her children: Bill Pimentel (wife Heidi) of Swansea, and Natalie Camara (husband Paul) of Swansea; siblings: Eduarda Moreira, Isaura Furtado, Augusto Aguiar, and Carmina Pereira; 3 granddaughters: Amber Pimentel, Kendra Pimentel, and Sophia Camara; 2 great grandchildren: Chloe Costa and Jonas Silvia; many nieces & nephews.

Lucilia's calling hours will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024 from 5-7 P.M. in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 at 8:00 A.M. in the funeral home, with a funeral mass at St. John of God Church at 9:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River.
