Maria (Massa) Medeiros, age 103 of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Monday, June 8, 2026 in the comforts of her home with her loving family by her side. Born in Arrifes, São Miguel, Açores, Maria was the beloved wife of the late Alvaro Medeiros and the daughter of the late Dinis and Ana Raposa (Soares) Massa.

Prior to retiring, Maria worked as a Floor Lady for RCM Manufacturing in Fall River for many years. She loved to cook for her family and friends, gardening, and sewing. Most of all Maria loved spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons Dinarte Medeiros (wife Lucia), Albert Medeiros (wife Helena), Liduino Medeiros (wife Eva) all of Fall River, and Leonildo Medeiros (wife Pamela) of Tiverton; grandchildren Alysia Hart, April-Ann Mehdizadeh, Christopher Medeiros, and Lucille Faria; great grandchildren Guinevere & Dean Hart, Liam & Bryson Faria; nieces & nephews. Maria was predeceased by her brothers Dinis Massa and Eusepio Massa.

Maria's funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Wednesday, June 17th here at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Michael's Church at 10:00 AM. Interment at Notre Dame Cemetery.
