FALL RIVER – Milton Edward Malone, age 74, a lifelong resident of Fall River, passed away on Sunday, Sep. 17, 2023. Born in Fall River, Milton was the son of the late Joseph Malone, and the late Lydia (Duarte) Malone.

Prior to retiring, Milton worked as a handy man and previously as a welder at General Dynamics Electric Boat in Quonset Point. Some of Milton's interests were fishing, hunting, and tinkering with small engine repairs & car engine repairs. Milton also had a great sense of humor, and loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his 2 sons: Kenneth Malone (wife Nila) of Plainville, CT and Christopher Malone of Windsor, CT; his companion: Linda Medeiros; former wife: Eileen (Harrington) Schoonover; 2 siblings: Vivian Fitzgerald (husband William) and Russell Malone (late wife Geraldine); 5 grandchildren: Mara Malone, Mia Malone, Kaleb Malone, Kleo Malone, and Devin Faulkner; goddaughter: Sue Malone Couto; cousins, nieces & nephews.

Following cremation, Milton's visitation will take place on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 9:30-11:30 A.M. with a Service to follow at 11:30 A.M. in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River. Interment of Urn will immediately follow in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown, RI.
