FALL RIVER – Olavo R. De Pina, age 64, passed away on July 14, 2024 peacefully in his home. He is the beloved husband of Ernestina De Pina. Born in Fogo, Cabo Verde, he is the son of the late Arlindo and Claudia (Fernandes) De Pina.

Along with his wife he is survived by his children Luisa Fernandes, Otilio De Pina, Luciano De Pina, Elson Fernandes, Claudino Fernandes, Geremias Fernandes, Patricia Fernandes, Imanuel Fernandes and Marlice Fernandes; grandchildren Deuzinha, Bruno, Eliezer, Maira, Ellsannie, Elias, Geremiah, Mason, Elizeu, Maiara, Liandro, Geremias, Enzo, Marcelo, Ella, Noah, Eric, Elias, Elson and Emily; great grandchild Miqueas; as well as many brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.

His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Wednesday, July 24th  here at 10 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Joseph's Church at 11 A.M. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery. Calling hours on Tuesday, July 23rd from 4-8 P.M.
