Fall River - Raymond A. Mello Jr., age 50, passed away on Saturday April 16, 2022.  He was the beloved son of Barbara (Viveiros) Mello and the late Raymond A. Mello Sr.  He was the grandson of the late Manuel and Lucy Viveiros and the late James and Maria Mello.  Brother of Mary Jane Miles and James Mello.  Uncle of Mason Patten, Conner and Linsey Miles.  Raymond was a former student at the Kennedy-Donovan Center, Day Care participant at Community Connections and a client and resident with People Incorporated.  The family is grateful for the caregivers in Ray's life who affectionately cared for him with dignity and respect.  He will be missed by his former caregivers Lucy and Toni Rego and their family.

His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N Main St. Fall River, on Wednesday April 20, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John of God Church at 10:00 A.M.  Entombment at Notre Dame Cemetery to follow.  A visitation will be held at Manuel Rogers Funeral Home on Tuesday April 19 ^th from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.  In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in his memory to Kennedy-Donovan Center Inc., 1 Commercial St. Foxboro MA 02035, Community Connections 127 Whites Path, Yarmouth MA. 02664 or People Inc. 4 S.
