FALL RIVER - With love and sadness, we say farewell to Richard Medeiros Jr., age 61, who was born on August 7, 1963 in Fall River, Ma. He passed away on July 29, 2025 at his residence. He was the son of Richard Medeiros and Carol (Smith) Medeiros.

Richard was a skilled oil burner technician who took great pride in his work and was always ready to help others. Beyond his profession, he had a deep appreciation for life's everyday pleasures. He loved watching movies and could spend hours getting lost in a good story. He also had a true passion for cooking and NASCAR.

Richard Survived by his son Cory Medeiros (wife Amie Vieira) of Swansea; brother Jeff Medeiros (wife Joan) of Rehoboth; grandchild Miranda Medeiros; niece Sydney Medeiros and nephew Jacob Medeiros.

A visitation for Richard will be held on Friday, August 8th from 8:30-10:00 A.M. in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River. A funeral mass will follow in St. Louie De France at 10:30 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River.
