FALL RIVER - We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, we had to say goodbye to Robert P. Dagwan Sr., at the age of 88. He passed away peacefully at Toby Hospital surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of 55 years to the late Margaret L. (Furland) Dagwan. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Victor and Irene (Paul) Dagwan.

Robert dedicated his life to his work as a bean sprout grower for Oriental Chowmein. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting for bargains, trying his luck at casinos, and spending hours watching classic movies.

He was loved and cherished by his children Dale Dagwan, Derek Dagwan, Robert P. Dagwan Jr. all of Fall River, and the late Normand and Michael Dagwan; siblings Leo and Joseph Dagwan and the late Victor and Arthur "Archie" Dagwan; grandchildren Michael Gunn, Mandy Lane Dagwan, Justin Michael Cabeceiras, Tyler Herritt and Colby Lane Dagwan Santos; great-grandchildren Cameron James Doyle and Kylie Cabeceiras; along with many nieces and nephews and his long-time companion Betty (Cunha) Badessa.

His calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Tuesday, March 25th  from 4-7 P.M. with a service at 6 P.M. Cremation to follow.
