Rose Marie Braga's Obituary
Rose Marie Braga, age 72, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on January 1, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Salvador Braga. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Trinidad) Souza. Prior to retirement Rose worked as a CNA for for Gentiva Health Services. In her early years, she was employed in the garment industry, both in production and retail, as well as a florist for Calart and independently. Rose enjoyed crafts, live music, the arts and most importantly, spending time with her family.
She was loved and cherished by her son Joseph Braga, his wife Susan and their son Michael, all of Westport; her sister Joann Rego of Fall River and her daughters Rachel Boone and Jessica Carvalho; as well as several grand nieces and nephews.
