FALL RIVER – Suzanne J. (Mello) Paiva, age 83 of Fall River, peacefully passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the beloved wife of David Paiva and the daughter of the late Antone and Laura Mello.

Prior to retiring, Suzanne worked for the F.R. School Dept. as the Cafeteria Manager at Silvia Elementary School.  She enjoyed boating with her husband.

In addition to her husband David, Suzanne is survived by her grandson Scott Paiva and great granddaughter Ava Paiva. She was predeceased by her son David Scott Paiva and by her brother Frederick Mello.

Suzanne's funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Thursday, Dec. 18th here at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment at Oak Grove Cemetery.
