FALL RIVER- With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Teresinha V. Santos, age 69, who passed away peacefully at her home on September 8, 2025. Born in Furnas São Miguel, Açores, she was the daughter of the late Ezequiel and Fernanda (Vieira) Pacheco, and the sister of the late Maria Correia.

She devoted her career to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where her compassion, patience, and gentle nature left a lasting impact on those she helped. Beyond her work, her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her cherished grandchildren, who were truly the light of her life. She loved days at the beach, soaking in the sun and the sound of the waves, and she had a passion for traveling, always eager to explore new places and create lasting memories with her loved ones. Known for her generosity and selflessness, she never hesitated to help anyone in need, offering comfort, support, and kindness to everyone she met. Her warm heart, love of family, and zest for life will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing her.

She survived by her children: Christina Cordeiro (Husband Paulo), Lori Greene (Husband Jaamal) and Erik Rego (Wife Shannon) all of Fall River; Grandchildren: Deanna and Austin Botelho, Tyler Lima, Jaamal Greene Jr., Jaamari Greene, the late Jaaliyha Green,  Aubree, Kora and Bryant Rego; Great-grandson: Caiden Segarra; step grandchildren Ana Cordeiro & the late Rafael Cordeiro; Step Great grandchildren Rafaela & Mayson
