With great sadness we share the difficult news of the passing of Tracy Pereira on August 7, 2024. Tracy was the most wonderful mother, daughter, sister, aunt and wife. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends from over her 53 years of life.

She was a registered nurse for over 30 years and was incredibly passionate about helping and caring for others. She was fondly known as Nurse Tracy and will be remembered by all those whose lives she touched. She will always be remembered for her enthusiasm and love for cats, Disney, and the beach. Her laughter will live on in the fond memories we have of her.

She is survived by her father, Daniel Toolin, her two children, Kelsey and Allison Pereira, her sister Kelly Toolin Raleigh, (husband David Raleigh and daughter Kayley Raleigh.)

Following cremation, a memorial visitation will be held at Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River, on Monday August 19, 2024 from 3-7 P.M.
