ASSONET - We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Wilfred R. "Will" Boucher Jr., at the age of 62. He leaves behind his wife of 39 years, Patricia (Nicolau) Boucher. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Wilfred Sr. and Eileen (Cowen) Boucher.

Will, a 1980 graduate of Diman High School with a specialization in machining, was passionate about hunting and an active member of the Somerset Sportsman Club. He was also a dedicated member and instructor with the NRA. His hobbies included participating in shooting competitions, scuba diving, camping, rebuilding computers, and gamed with his son.

Along with his wife he is survived by Wilfred R. Boucher III and his wife Erica of Fall River; siblings Gary L. Boucher and Doreen Constancia, both of Dighton; as well as several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.

His funeral service will take place in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Wednesday, August 28th at 9:30 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours on Tuesday, August 27th from 4-8 PM.
